Can Multiple Pets Board Together?
Yes! Pets receive the same package perks when boarding together.
A discount will apply to each night stay per additional pet in the same suite!
Contact the pet lodge for additional information!
Can I bring my own food to board?
Yes! We highly encourage it!
The best thing for the health of your pet is to stay on their regular diet. Changing your dog’s diet may result in an upset stomach or other gastrointestinal complications.
If you bring your own pet’s food from home, we ask that you provide the type/brand and amount of food you offer at a time.
We can offer “house” food (Purina EN) for an additional fee per day.
Can I board my senior pet?
Absolutely! We know boarding can be stressful and we are here to help!
When making the reservation, please discuss any special needs they may have – such as medication needs, arthritis, deafness, blindness, or other health conditions so that we are prepared to give your older companion any extra comfort they may need.
We strongly recommend bringing personal belongings from home such as favorite beds, blankets, or toys!
We do have a premium veterinary diet, Purina EN, available for your convenience, should you run out or feed the same at home, at an additional cost per cup a day.
Please leave bowls at home because we provide them for all of our guests.
What if my pet has a medical condition?
We are happy to assist your pet any way we can!
Please let us know of ANY pre-existing medical conditions we need to be aware of (diabetes, seizures, congestive heart failure, etc.).
We can give medications to your pet orally or topically but cannot administer any injectable medications.
Medications must be in the original container prescribed by your pet’s veterinarian.
What time can I pick up and drop off?
Pick up and drop off are available from:
7:30am–6pm Monday through Friday
8am-10am & 4pm-6pm on Saturday and Sunday
*There is an additional fee of $10 for pick-up of all boarded pets after 12pm on the last day of boarding.
Is there a deposit?
During Natrona County School District, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, we require a $75 deposit made for each pet at the time reservations are booked.
We are closed to the public on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. For boarding over these holidays, we require a minimum 2- night stay. Pick-up and drop-offs will not be permitted on those holidays.
What happens if my pet gets sick?
We have a professional partnership with Casper Animal Medical Center to assist with any healthcare needs or emergencies. Learn more about their services here.
